Club Ownership

Whitstable Town Football Club Limited (WTFC Ltd) is required by the FA to make public details of ownership.

Accordingly the Directors wish to make the following information available:-
WTFC Ltd is registered with Companies House as Company Number 11754078
WTFC Ltd was incorporated on 7th January 2019 as a company limited by guarantee.

On the 1st June 2019 WTFC Ltd took over all the assets and liabilities of Whitstable Town Football Club which was previously a members club.

As a company limited by guarantee WTFC Ltd does not have any share capital and no one person, or persons, has a controlling interest. Under the Articles of Association the management of WTFC Ltd is in the hands of a Board of Directors.
