On Saturday 5th October, we are inviting the Whitstable Town community to join us at the football club to celebrate the memory of Matt Milne and raise money for Air Ambulance UK and Child Bereavement UK.

One year ago, the sudden and unexpected loss of Matt was a huge shock for his family, his many friends and all of us at the football club for whom he did so much. Matt was much loved and is greatly missed and it would be lovely to see everyone at the first team match against Punjab United to help us remember Matt and support two charities whose help has meant so much to the family.

The teams of Matt’s two children, our Under 15s that Matt managed and the Under 12 Girls Red, who will also be mascots for the afternoon, will be collecting donations and selling cakes. There will also be an opportunity to take your turn on the speed football competition with a donation to charity.
